Healing Starts With You – Come Work With Us!

We are thrilled to invite passionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our innovative team. At our practice, we prioritize creating an environment where both providers and clients can thrive. Together, we’re building a fun, creative, and evidence-based mental healthcare space that values the well-being of our team and the success of our clients.

OUR MISSION:

We’re committed to delivering accessible, effective, and rewarding mental health care by empowering our providers with the resources and flexibility to excel in providing integrative psychiatry services. Whether you’re working remotely from a cozy home office or connecting with clients across town, our goal is to ensure you feel supported in every aspect of your role. Furthermore, we strive to create an environment where you can thrive professionally while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking PMHNPs or PA-C with CAQ-Psy who are ready to break free from the constraints of high patient volumes and limited appointment times. This role enables you to:

  • Work with your preferred population and diagnoses, tailoring care to meet individual needs.
  • Use a full range of therapeutic skills, including therapy, medication management, and psychoeducation.
  • Become an expert in your niche while enjoying flexibility, competitive pay, and a team environment focused on work-life balance and patient care excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver care through longer, meaningful appointments.
  • Provide comprehensive mental health services, including medication management, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering support and psychoeducation in line with best practices.
  • Act as an expert in your chosen specialty area using a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Collaborate with a like-minded team committed to patient-centered care and innovation.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with professional standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Licensure: Holds an active, unrestricted PMHNP-C or PA-C with CAQ-Psy license in the state of North Carolina and has an active DEA license. You must reside in the state of NC (required).
  • Experience: Has 5+ years of experience as a PMHNP (new graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Certification: Holds dual certification (preferred).
  • Schedule: Excited about embracing a flexible schedule to provide balanced, comprehensive care.
  • Training: Has or is willing to obtain training in trauma-specific modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, ACT, or Somatic Experiencing.
  • Group Therapy: Interested in and comfortable with facilitating group sessions.
  • Autonomy: Desires the freedom to specialize in a preferred population and diagnoses.
