Using Your ADHD as a Parenting Superpower
Mondays 2:30-3:30 pm
We provide support for parents with ADHD or those struggling with executive functioning, helping them navigate daily challenges and enhance their ability to manage tasks effectively.
Being a Parent Isn’t Easy
Having ADHD can make your parenting journey feel more challenging and overwhelming. However, it doesn’t have to be this way, as there are strategies and support available to help you navigate these challenges.
It’s comforting to have company on the journey from where you are to where you want to be. People with ADHD often make great travel companions, offering unique perspectives and support along the way.

You aren’t lazy, ‘slack,’ untrustworthy, or incapable. Together, we will uncover who you truly are and discover the great traits that make you unique!
03 Strengthening Social Skills
It’s challenging to manage calm thoughts when your mind is busy and distracted, and even more so when those thoughts are anxious and overwhelming. Together, we will learn how to find your chill and regain control.
04 Emotional Regulation
Impulsive emotions rarely lead to positive outcomes. Together, we'll explore effective strategies for when your emotions are running high.
05 Skills for Success
You don’t have to do everything the hard way, and not everything you do has to feel difficult.
06 Building Your Toolbox
The tools we build will work for you. This approach will feel very different from what you've done in the past, which likely involved forcing yourself to conform to tools designed for a neurotypical brain.
07 Communicating and Advocating
